Roasted chicken breast with lemon sauce and herbs ( Pechuga de pollo asada con salsa de limón y hierbas aromáticas)
This is a quick and easy to do recipe. It´ll just takes only a few minutes.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Chicken breast
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Some olive oil
Some herbs ( rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil...)
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven 392º F (200ºC). We´ll need an ovenproof dish. Place the chicken breast on it. Add the lemon juice, the herbs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Put it in the oven and wait about 5 minutes. Serve it with rice and green salad.
