Hake in papillotte my way (Merluza en papillote a mi manera)

Some fish today.
I bought some fresh hake and as usual I didn´t have enough time so I prepared it in papillote.



Ingredients:

1 Hake´s slice per person
A pinch of chive
Salt and pepper
Some olive oil
Baking paper
















Put the hake slices in the baking paper, one slice in each paper. Season it with salt, pepper and chive. Drizzle it with some olive oil and close the papillotes. Cook in the microwave for 3 or 4 minutes. It can be steamed too, but it´s easier and faster in the microwave.
Serve it with some potatos and vegetables
