Chocolate and rice krispies lollipop (Piruleta de turrón de chocolate)

Is there anyone who doesn´t like chocolate? I don´t think so. Everybody likes chocolate. Today´s recipe has a lot of chocolate.

Ingredients:
4 Cups of Rice Krispies (100g)
1 Milk chocolate bar (250g)
Sticks for lollipops

Melt the chocolate, don´t overheat it as it scorches and becomes grainy. To avoid overheating, always melt the chocolate slowly over indirect heat. You can use the double boiler (bain marie) or melt it in the microwave. I prefer the microwave method because is faster.

Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl. Set the bowl in the microwave oven and heat it at 50% power for 1 minute intervals. When the chocolate melt, add the Rice Krispies and stir the mixture.

Now we have to work quickly before chocolate gets cold and solid. With a spoon take portions of the chocolate and krispies mixture and put it in a baking paper or a silicone mat. Carefully place the sticks, give the portions a nice shape and wait until it is cold and solid.
