Brioche



Brioche is a french sweet bread. Brioche can be sweet or savory and it can be baked in mold or make a different shapes like a ring, a spiral or a braid. Whatever you make it´s very delicious.

Ingredients:

750g of Strong flour
30g of Yeast
25 cl of warm milk.
1 Spoon of sugar
3 Eggs
250g of Soft butter
A pinch of salt


Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Add the sugar and 200g of flour. Mix until you get a thick dough. Put this dough in a bowl and cover it with a plastic film. Wait until it has doubled in volume, about 1 hour. Add the eggs, then add the butter in small cubes. Add the rest of the flour and knead it for 15 minutes. Put it again in a bowl and cover it. Wait 1 hour and 1/2 or 2 hours. It must triple in volume.

Flatten it and make the shape that you want. Preheat the oven 392ºF/200º C and bake the brioche for 50 minutes or 1 hour.
