Berries crumble
This is my second contribution to Whole Kitchen. The sweet proposal in september is the british dessert crumble.
Crumble is a dessert very easy and quickly to do. We can make it with a lot of different fruits. I made a berries crumble but it´s very good with apple, peach, rhubarb or plum.
Ingredients:
75g of Butter
175g of All purpose flour.
A pinch of salt
50g of Sugar
400g of berries
4 or 5 Spoon of brown sugar.
Preheat the oven 350ºF/180ºC . Put the berries in a ovenproof dish, add the brown sugar and mix them.
Put the flour and the sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Taking a few cubes of butter at a time rub into the flour until it forms mainly sized crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the berries.
Bake in the oven until the crumble is browned and the fruit mixture bubbling, about 40 or 45 minutes.
Serve with cream, ice cream or custard.
Se ve realmente exquisita!
