Sabayon is an italian dessert
4 Egg yolks
4 Spoons of sugar
4 Spoons of Baileys
Place the egg yolks and the sugar in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (bain-marie) The water should be simmering not boiling. When the mixture is foamy add the Baileys, one spoon at a time.
It can be served warm or refrigerated.
