Orange salad (Ensalada de naranja)
We have a small vegetable garden and in it grow 2 oranges trees. They give us wonderful oranges from November to January. These days we´re eating the last oranges and I would like to make something with them. I decided to make an orange salad. This recipe is from the south of Spain and it is made with dry cod, but I didn´t have it so I made the recipe without cod
Ingredients:
2 Big oranges
2 Green onions
100g of Black olives
1 Clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Peel the oranges and cut them in thin slices. Place them on a flat dish. Chop the green onion and put the onion and the olives on the oranges. Season it with the salt and pepper and sprinkle generously with the olive oil. It´s important to use a very good virgin olive oil.
Wow, I really love that 1º picture... it's gorgeous! And this salad looks refreshing and delicious...
